The signing of the agreement form shall mean that the member has fully understood the legal implications and meaning of the terms and conditions of the contract and shall abide by the same. Any deviation from the terms and conditions shall automatically result in the cancellation of the membership.  
 

The agreement form must be signed by the member. In case of minors legal guardian/ parents must sign the agreement form otherwise the same shall not be entertained by the website.  
 

The sole discretion of granting membership or its cancellation shall rests with the website and its proprietor and no claim shall be entertained by the website in this regard.  
 

The member has to send/upload 4 post card sized photographs (for models, actors and actresses), technicians has to send/upload 1 post card sized photograph. The website shall have all the rights over the photographs and the same can be used for the purpose of promotion of the website. The photographs shall not be returned by the website and no claim regarding profit, publicity charges etc. against the website shall be maintainable.  
 

apnabollywoodsapna.com does not guarantee inflow of work to its members. The members fully understand that the website is for the promotion of the artists and technicians and is not a platform for getting work. The assignments which the member may get depend upon his / her professional capability, requirements of the producers or directors etc. The website does not interfere with the inflow, quality or quantity of work which a member may get.  
 

The contract entered into between the member and the director / producer/ ad agency shall be the subject matter between the member and the director/ producer/ ad agency and the website shall not be held liable for any dispute concerning payment, work schedule, content of the assignment or any other matter between the director/ producer/ ad agency and the member.  
 

It is agreed and understood by the members that they shall not indulge into any antisocial or illegal activities by using their profile on apnabollywoodsapna.com. The membership of such member shall be liable for cancellation if it is found that the member has indulged into illegal and antisocial activities and has used the website for such activities. The website shall not be held responsible for such termination of membership and no claim regarding damages shall be maintainable against the website or its proprietor.  
 

All members are requested to update their profile time to time-(contact numbers, address, e-mail and work experience).They can do it to the maximum of six times in a year.  
 

A minimum of seven days is needed to upgrade the profile on apnabollywoodsapna.com, subject to the realization of the payment. You must make a crossed/account payee cheque in favour of ‘J. D. Films A/c No.1047 and COURIER it to J.D.Films, 605/19, Malad Malwani Sanskriti CHS., Shivaji Raje Complex,opposite Ekta Nagar, Kandivali-w, Mumbai, Maharashtra.Pin-400067.( No personal visit will be entertained at the address. It is given just for correspondence. )  
 

Yearly renewal of the membership will be done in the month of April. Members are required to renew their membership on time, failing thereby, will lead to cancellation of the membership.  
   
Registration fee Rs. 1000.00 (subject to service tax applicable)
Maintenance fee Rs. 100.00 (from 2nd year onwards)
 
 

The court at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and decide any dispute between the member and the website.
